I'd love to see more MINIs at the autocross events this summer.

Registration is $45 and BMWCCA membership is required. Usually there are 8+ runs/event.

i will miss the first and second weekends, but I'll be there at WP for the third event! is that part of O-fest? if so, i'll be AXing the M coupe!

 

I would love to go to the 1st one. Anyone else??

 

From BMW website "O’FEST 2014 WILL BE HELD IN BEAVER CREEK, COLORADO, JUNE 16-20" so it looks like #3 will be directly after O'Fest.

Thanks!! My wife gently reminded me our daughter has a sport even that first day so I'll look into the others.

 

Interesting...I haven't been autocrossing in years, but I've done some smaller club autocrosses elsewhere and really liked it (compared to larger SCCA ones). I might do one event in my Mini to check things out, but I'd rather bring a different car of mine for most of these...are they pretty open to non-BMWs participating?

Yes, all car makes are welcome at autocross events. You just have to join the club and sign up. Registration for the first event closed yesterday. Get hoppin. And join us for the next one!

 

Looks like registration closes tomorrow evening...but you're right, I need to make up my mind quickly!
