Nominations anyone. President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are open, I am thinking we need a 5th position formally on the officer team, MINI5280 Ride Director.

The ride director can set up rides or co-ordinate with others who suggest and plan rides, get the word out on the forums and various Social media online venues.

So, with that: my nominations for these offices.

President: Rich Craighill
Vice President: Jamie Shope
Secretary: open (anyone interested) ????
Treasurer: Bill Thompson
Ride Director: Robert Montoya

Submit your nominations to president@mini5280.org, there will be an electronic vote and it will be private and counted by an audit team of three to make it fair.

 

I accept the nomination Don. All, make sure you are up to date with your MINI5280 dues so you can vote.

 

Is the dues, per Calendar year or Fiscal Year, or are they year to year, depending on when you joined?

Dues are from the date you joined for 1 year. Or if you are like some folks, pay for two or a few years beyond, we have a 5 year member.

Still open, any new folks want to offer up some time and energy to MINI5280, must be local and an active paid member of the club.

Sorry, we do not pay relocation costs if you live out of state but want to volunteer.

 

Another fine nomination: Steph Nelson has been nominated for the MINI5280 Club Secretary position for 2014-2015.

I will say it again, Thank you Steph for your time and willingness to volunteer to be an officer of MINI5280.

Voting will be held in September.

Only active MINI5280 paid membership will be able to vote, 1 vote per household/membership.

Votes will be tallied at the end by a non-officer panel and not by any of the nominees, they will report the results to me and I will be posting the results.
