This is very gentle...about destressing, very gentle stretches...individual methods...having a massage therapist teach yoga, she is very aware of body sructure and people's physical issues.
Just a healthy suggestion for 5:30-6:30.

no twins but I think Leo will attend this meeting as that is the only way I can get a hall pass.

 

I will be there early (6:00-ish) to enjoy dinner and pint before the meeting begins. Please do join me.

 

Unfortunately Leo and I will not be able to attend tonight. One of the twins had to be taken to the childrens hospital early this AM. Things have stabilized and she is doing great but we did win a four night stay at PSL childrens.

Hope to see you all in a few weeks. We plan on attending the childrens hospital run, not in a room in the hospital but in our MINI.

So how was the food and the crowd, good meeting I hope.

Traffic from LV and an offer of homemade tortilla soup made me stay close to home.

Perhaps Saturday at the CTG, if I see only light snow.

 

The food was good, very loud bar though, so Chuck had to do a MINI meeting per table. Was the Tortilla soup really good, mmmmm I love that stuff. I am hoping for NO snow on Saturday for the GTG (Get ToGether)

 

One does what one has to. Really though at lunch the place is dead quite - go figure.
