Here is a FULL SIZE spare tire kit that fits under the trunk lid, fit perfectly in my 2015 Countryman with 18" rims!
It includes the following. All Parts in new condition - tire has never been driven on, jack never used. I mounted rim to confirm fit and take pic.

This kit is awesome, fits right under the truck lid with room to spare. It was never used.

Unfortunately my spare kit has been sold.

You may find wheels on ebay - typically there are some on their often.

The adapter is abit tougher - the company that made them is out of business so I have heard, their website no longer exists. Hope this helps.
