Remus Sport axle back exhaust with carbon fiber tips for a 2014+ F56 Mini Cooper for sale. Installed on 1/9/2019 by Airport Welding & Muffler. I'm looking to swap it out for a different exhaust and since the store I bought it from does not accept returns on items that have been installed I'm selling it. After tax and shipping it was a little over $1900. I've run it for about a month so I'm asking $1450 as it's practically brand new.

It was because I wasn't completely satisfied with the sound compared to the JCW Pro exhaust at the time. I decided to keep it and cutout the resonator in the midpipe instead since that made more sense financially. Pretty happy with the sound now. I guess I should mark this thread as closed since it's not for sale anymore.

You should've purchased the race version of the exhaust. It sounds just like the JCW exhaust.

I should have but I didn't realize there were two versions of the exhaust. I thought there was just the one catback. After the resonator delete the axelback is the same as the catback though. So it's no big deal. Still looking for a little deeper, gruntier sound. Secondary cat is coming out tomorrow morning and a catless downpipe is going in Thursday.

You should for sure have gone with the Race it is perfect. We actually tell customers thinking of the Axle back to just go ahead and get the race as it is freaking awesome. Not one complaint.

I would have if I had known it existed. In the end I got the Race. I just had to go about it the more expensive way. I love the way this car sounds catless with an open exhaust. It turns heads all day long.
