This Forge Motorsport high flow intake charge hose connects the crossover pipe down to the throttle body at the rear of the engine bay and is specifically designed to fit the MINI Cooper 1.6 Turbo +. Includes 2 hose clamps for installation.

The fitment of this Forge Noise Maker delete hose eliminates the sound generator that is hooked to the firewall. This pipe is also called the air charge hose.

The noise maker was installed on the 2007-2010 Turbo MINI S to give owners a "feel" as the engine noise was pumped into the interior.

This noise maker actually reduced throttle response and even power as it disturbed the airflow and bled boost to activate it.

Removing it is a small but simple mod that helps with throttle response and improves turbo response throughout the rev range, without causing check engine lights or breaking the bank.

The re-enforced silicone structure will withstand greater temperatures and pressures than the original hose and is ideal for tuned engines.
