SOLD!!!

Used, add-on subwoofer for H/K systems. The cabinet was custom built, a prototype I believe, for the previous owner. Will drop right into the hatch/spare tire well of an R56 hatch. Will also fit into the hatch of a Clubman, but will leave a 3-4" gap. Driver is a Rockford-Fosgate, though the model I'm not sure of without taking it apart. Amp is also R-F, model P300-1, 300 watts, mono. All connecting wires are included except for power leads, though the inline fuse is there.

I picked this up for my '10 Clubman years ago, but never had it installed. So I can only assume that its working, based on the reputation of the seller. Usual wear and tear from being in the hatch for a couple of years.

Please note that this is specifically made for the R56, and will not fit 1st gen MINIs.

Local pickup is definitely preferred, though I will ship at your cost. Thanks.

So for a R53 you have to remove the battery? I really want a box similar to this for my Mini, but I just need the box. Is the sub a 10" or 12"?

I don't think it will fit an R53 because of the smaller hatch size. I can send you measurements, if you'd like, but I'm pretty sure it's a non-starter.

It would be too small for an R60. It was made specifically for the R56, though it will fit in a 1st gen Clubman, there is a gap from front to back.

Enclosure

What kind of sub is it? And would you consider just selling the box?

It's a Rockford-Fosgate "P3S" driver, which I believe means it's a shallow throw. Definitely a 10" model, though short of taking out the driver (nowhere near as easy as the grill), I cannot tell you if it's 2 or 4 ohm.

And, sorry, it's an all or nothing deal.

you got a pic of the sub IN the back of your car, so I can see how flush the fitment is

Sorry, no. That was several cars ago. It will sit flush in the lower hatch of an R56, giving a nice flat floor.

Yes, still available. I would assume as long as you can tap into the audio output somewhere, you can hook it in. Please note I have no instructions, so you could check with other custom sub builders and see if they have them online.

Supposedly you can tuck it into driver's side (I believe) compartment in the rear, and piggyback it with the stock amp.
