Parting out a rolled 07 Cooper S Convertible automatic. Apologies, I'm not fluent in new MINIS as I'm a classic mini guy. Bought this for a few parts and before I junk it I'm taking off what's usable and selling for pretty much whatever is being offered especially if it's being picked up in person and I don't have to pack or ship.

If it's gotta ship, I'd prefer it fits in a USPS flat rate box and I'll look to charge equal to what cheapest identical part has sold for on ebay under "sold listings". First come first served. No bidding.

Seats are the two tone brown & black. Some stitching is loose $5 each

3rd brake light, maybe main wiring harness?

 

I'm working on getting the wiring harness out. Some of the plugs are "less than perfect" that attached to things in the engine bay. Clarify though, please, what you mean by "main wiring harness" and I'll be sure to remove the rest carefully. (the motor was already partially removed when I got the car so I'm not all to blame). I'll see what I can do about getting the brake light off. I seem to recall it is cracked, but I'l double check tomorrow. If you're in SoCal (San Diego/Escondido area) you are welcome to come by and pull parts yourself.

 

Can you send me the first 7 on the vin so I can check and see if the harness is compatible with my car.

 

Is drivers side tail faded at all? If clear id like it. Pics?
Does the car have a armrest or cup holder?
Any rubber mats in there?

 

I will be working on stripping it out further today in hopes of being able to dispose of the carcass this coming week. I know the cupholder thingie that bolts to the side of the center console is not complete. There is a center arm rest but I believe the sliding cover is missing. Our '03 S has this and it is the most annoying thing ever.

 

Does your car have the Hartman Kardon system? Looking for rear speaker covers. (Think the rears are the same as non HK grille’s?)

It looks like the rear lights, rear bumper, rear deck lid are all staying here-- someone has convinced me to make a trailer out of the back half.

Dash cover is good with good passenger airbag

I'm going to try to sell the whole shifter with cable versus just an irreplaceable part off of it. Looks like the cheapest sold one on fleabay was $63.74 so I'll say $60 including shipping

I'm still working on getting the harness out. I found an ipod radio interface with wiring harness. Was able to separate it from the main harness by popping out 3 prongs from a plug.

 

Is the rear view mirror auto dimming? There will be a hole in the front if it is and i don't think it twists on the bottom.

Multifunction steering wheel buttons?

Is the hood scoop usable?

 

I am looking for the convertible trim panel in-between the top and the body on the rear right and left side.
