I loved this upgrade on my first R53. I would have snapped 'em up if I weren't planning a BBK (and had the non-JCW brakes on my current car)

 

Those are for the Stock R50 R52 R53 front or rear brakes. For the JCW R50-R53 front brakes it takes a different system of sliders that no one makes in a performance option. Will not fit R56 poo mans brakes on the R53-r50 also. Very similar to the JCW brakes. Hop that helps. Get product btw.

 

Why does the ECS page say they fit the JCW then?

 

Fits the MC40 non JCW front brake kit, will update the site. Looks like a glitch on the site. Thanks for pointing that out. On all the others it says NON JCW brakes.

 

Can this glitch generate an RMA too? lol

 

Just contact our CS team and they can help you with an RMA. The good thing is 10x more people have stock brakes on there R50-R53 then the rare JCW brakes on the front. Should not be hard to sell. Let us know. Thanks

 

So for someone doing the r56s brakes on an r53 poor mans jcw, these only work on the stock r53 rears?

And no one makes anything for the front anymore? :(

 

yes, just the rears. No one made a slider performance kit for those brakes, they have a sealed slider system like most TRW brake systems. Has a little boot and a pin with grease that slides into the caliper housing.
