That tool will not work for an aftermarket pulley. The tools will only remove a factory pulley. The style of aftermarket pulley currently on the car will determine what's needed to get it off. That being said if it already has an aftermarket pulley why remove it anyways?
What Veritas said. Aftermarket pulleys don't use a tool to remove. They are usually some kind of sleeve on the shaft that tightens down with bolts or is pressure fit with the outer pulley section clamping it down on the shaft.
What kind of pulley do you have on it now? Most have a logo. If you can tell me that I can tell you how its installed.

Wellllllll
When I originally bought the car it had this pulley on it and it doesn't say anything about how small it is and I'm having problems with the pulley so I'm changing to one I know for a fact how small it is..... but I will upload a pic
Like others have said...you shouldn't need a puller for that. You should be able to take off the 6 hex screws and pull that off.
What problems are you having?

That looks like a Helix 15%. They don't go bad so I'd be interested in what is happening. Going to another isn't likely a fix and wouldn't recommend that as we have had multiple issues installing the m7 16% so we don't anymore.
