Have a MINI DO More hidden hitch with wiring harness and clips.

Had an estimate for about $58 to just about anywhere in us.
I will also forward instructions I received from minidomore.
Never installed on my R53.

yes, the fog light assembly actually hides the hitch and is meant to fit like normal
