Thinking about selling the Mini so here are a few parts I no longer need:

1- Used Valve Cover N14(I thought I had a leak and bought a new one. Found out it was the PVC hose leaking)

So the PCV valve in the cover is in good condition? What made you think it was the cover? Oil leak or consumption?

 

Just answering a few questions that have been PMed to me.
I am shipping from zip code 29206.
The JCW intake is only the top portion plus filter and screws.

 

The PCV valve in the cover looks clean and didn't have any problems with it on the car.
What made me think that it was the cover was oil was on top of the valve cover itself. So I thought either I had a crack in the cover or the valve had gone bad and it was building up pressure underneath the cover over the valve.

When I installed the new valve cover a few weeks later the exact same thing happened again. But since the cover was shiney and new I could see exactly where the leak was coming from. It was leaking around the hose that goes from the valve cover to the intake pipe. Inspecting further it looks like the hose has swelled up a little where it pushes onto the cover. So I put a zip tie on the end going into the valve cover and haven't had any more problems since.

So what did I learn?
Clean the area really good and wait to see where the leak is coming from before just "assuming" what the problem is and buying parts.
