Minimantim posted a garage sale ad for a 2006 where he has a NEW Teflon coated (JCW) supercharger for $1200. It should fit your car and will be an upgrade, due to the Teflon coating, from yours. All the new superchargers are Teflon coated just FYI.
I do not know Minimantim so you will want to do some research on your end with him about fit.

The Eaton M45 supercharger on R53s built prior to July 2004 is a 4th generation. The Eaton M45 supercharger on later models and in JCW Engine Tuning Kits was a 5th generation, and there's no problem fitting one to an earlier model.
All the new ones are teflon coated , let me know if you end up wanting new. Good luck with the search. Also try to get low miles if you can find them.
