Is this literally all I need to install it in my R53 with the standard stereo or is there more to it?

 

If I may,

You would also need the H/K stand-alone wiring harness. It is entirely different than the non-H/K, has a part number and was available from the manufacturer (check with RealOEM) but I have no idea if it's still available, anywhere. You might find a wrecked Mini in a yard, and you might take the time to fish out the H/K harness, but...
