Yes, MINI overprices it at $265. No, i didn't pay that when i bought it, but that doesn't mean i'd give it to you for as low as you offered. $100 plus actual shipping is my price as i'm already losing money on it. Still in great condition with no tears. All hardware is included. If you want additional pictures, i'd be happy to send them your way.
