Looking to purchase a larger intercooler for my '08 MCS. Forge, Helix, Wagner, Evolve... doesn't matter. PM me what you got and we can work it out. My budget is around $400 +/-.

Hmmm... Interesting. Is it still available?
I had wanted to inquire about how long it was installed and if you had any fitment issues?

Still available, had it on my car for about a year, it's a tight fit but no major issues

I paid $227 delivered. Looks like price is up a little. Well packaged and shipped from South Florida. Got it in 2-days. Nice welds and looks identical to a well known brand. Fit was perfect. I'm getting a stage 2+ tune this week and not expecting any issues.

Research here and other Mini sites. Didn't see the point of spending 3x the price without giving one a try...

@ cguzz, did you find any cheaper down pipes or CAI (diy designs)? I'm just looking for parts/designs that work not to pop the hood and show off.

After research I chose the JCW stage 2 CAI. Like you not looking for bling or noise. Just a more power and reliability. Found it here, delivered for $234:

Found a WayMotorWorks catless downpipe used here on NAM. I finished with QuickSilver exhaust. Call around for pricing...I got it delivered for $800 then got a bill from FedEx for customs fee for $44.

I had a conversation with Jerry @ http://gpopshop.com and I'm going to have him do the k03/k04 hybrid upgrade on my turbo.

I was able to pick up a used JCW intake. I'm going to buy one of the chinese FMICs. Now I just need the downpipe and I'm good.

I'm also gonna polish my exhaust manifold.
