You actually wouldn't need to do anything. You can see that it has a hole already for the light sensor, and it couldn't be covering the sensor on the bottom of the mirror. The difference is that this one will have a hole on the bottom for the round **** that you twist to adjust the angle of the mirror for night/day.
If this was an autodim, then you would need to Dremel to allow for that ****.
