I just bought a BMW 135i and gave my 2007 R56 to my girlfriend,and she sure as hell doesn't need the Accessport tune, so I'm selling it. It is completely unmarried from the car and ready to go on yours (wire included). The car was a totally different animal even on the base map tune.

Does this fit an R55 as well?
Are they auto/stick specific?
What can I do with this? Can I tune myself or is it only for loading maps from other tuners?

 

Can"t vouch for dclaw312 but I will say the Accessport tune for the second gen. N14 engine is great AND yes, it can be removed from the car and the tune and hardware can be passed along to another happy user. That's how I bought my Accessport, right here on NAM. You will really like the performance!

 

It will work with an R55S as it is a N14.

I do not believe them to be auto/manual specific.

It has several tunes to pick from already based on mods and you can select the next stage up as you mod your car further. 13 or so tunes, I believe, developed for different mods and fuel grades. There are also tuners that can generate custom maps for you.
