bump..still for sale.

BTW, for those that new to Access port. There was a collaboration between Cobb Tuning and Alta to bring the access port to the Mini world. I had two potential buyers back out on me because on the box it said Cobb Tuning instead of Alta. It's all the same, there is only one access port for Mini world which is a collaboration between Cobb Tuning and Alta Performance.

I can't tell how it work on your 08 S auto. I can only testify that I felt a huge different between stock and stage 1 on my car. Mine is 2012 jcw stick.

If there is any debate about your car, I would stay away from it. You are spending a lot of money so make sure it's worth while.

Since u and I live in call I'm assuming your loaded maps are for 91 octane? How many maps do you currently have for it since Alta or cobbs don't support the product anymore? For the price asking I might go for battle racing group buy this month. Any chance of a competitive price?

Yes my stage one linear is for 91 octane. I know there are many maps set up and that will also depend on which car you have. I don't know the exact number but i do remembered seeing option for other octane as well, i.e. 93. I test out today trying stage 2..nice..put it back because according to alta thread, stage 2 require 3 inch exhaust.

if you are planning to go ballistic, meaning mods crazy, i would suggest DNA,evolve, and maniac tuning. Again it's matter of preference.

If local pickup i can knock some off.

If your car is n14 engine yes. That mean 2007-2010 MCs. check out below list of car will work and not work according to alta's thread.

The ALTA AccessPORT does NOT work with 2011+ Cooper S Models (Hardtop, Convertible, Clubman, Coupe, Roadster).

The ALTA AccessPORT does NOT work with 2012+ Countryman Models.

The ALTA AccessPORT does work with 2007-2010 Copper S Models (Hardtop, Convertible, Clubman)

The ALTA AccessPORT does work with 2009-2012 JCW Models (Hardtop, Convertible, Clubman, Coupe, Roadster)

I work in lake forest..south orange county.

If you decide to buy and come to OC...at least you can test it.
