The 2013 Countryman lists a different part number, 82712148014 and has a description "for vehicles with roof rails". I'm pretty sure they won't fit your 2014 Countryman unfortunately.

For those looking for shipping:

The basket weights 26 lbs, rails are 11 lbs. Dimensions on the basket are about 52"x40"x9". Looks like it may be able to disassembled to half the length, so 26"x40"x9".
The rails can likely be packed together with the basket, and not add much dimensionally, figure 26"x42"x10" at 37 lbs.

Fedex to 32771 would be $55.93

 

Also, dimensions on the rails themselves are about 47"x10"x4" each.

I'll be disassembling the basket and getting it all packaged up this weekend, so I can give you a real shipping quote and it'll be good to go.

 

It's unclear to me it someone has dibs on the basket. If not, I have relatives in Albany who could take delivery for me. Let me know if interested.
