Ok, i'm not sure what the part would be called, but on the center of the dash where the radio, heater controlls and accessory switches are mounted, there is a pillar on each side and spans from the dashboard down next to the cup holders. Mine looks like someone kicked my passenger side one and scratched the crap out of it.

No, just a normal panel that came with the car.

 

Do you have the Ebrake boot with the plastic trim that secures it to the console? If so I'll take that.
