Since the MINI's have more or less fixed positioned Camber and Caster, an alignment shop may NOT be able to adjust the factory settings, as they are non-adjustable (until 2005 when MINI added some adjustability). You will need to replace the factory lower control arms if you want to adjust Camber. Most MINI drivers are usually happy with adjustable LOWER (same physical part as the upper arms) control arms on the rear for adjusting camber.
The Alta Mini Adjustable Control Arms feature continuous steel tubes threaded directly to accept heim joint ends, eliminating unnecessary and messy welding while further increasing strength. Built into each rod is a 22mm flat notch for easy adjustment. You never need to worry about marring the finish with a set of vice grips or pliers. Simply loosen jam nuts on the ends and apply a standard wrench and spin the arm for accurate camber settings.
Threaded into both ends are aircraft quality, Teflon lined, heim joint rod ends. The Teflon lining prevents road vibration from being transferred through the joint as well as constantly cleaning the bearing surface.
Control arm kit includes: (2) Hardened precision steel arms powder coated the signature Alta Mini RED, (4) Heim joints, (8) Spacers, Instructions, and stickers.
Fits these MINI models:
all current models

Good product at a good price, but just for clarification:
1) There is no such thing as caster on the rear suspension (unless you've modified it to be steerable).
2) Actually, you need both upper and lower bars to adjust rear toe via the rear control arms
(but you can adjust it via the rear trailing arm mounting bolts).
