Koni FSD used 3 wks--SOLD

Category: Suspension
Price: $300
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (you may select multiples): R55, R56, R57, R58, R59
Location (Region): SouthEast
Item Condition: Used

SOLD

I used these for three weeks and then swapped them for some Koni yellows. I prefer the firmer ride. My loss is your gain.

The FSDs are sweet--definitely softened and quieted the harsh roads without bouncing or body roll. You can read all the rave reviews on this forum.

I used them for about 3 weeks, all highway driving, no track or autocross. There is some scuffing of the paint on the front struts at the bottom where they mount.

Fits 2nd gen MINIs

The FSDs will be packed carefully for shipping in the Koni yellow boxes.

I'm "egsp" on the big auction site if you want to check my feedback.

In your other post you mentioned they were installed incorrectly causing camber issues, approximately how long were they like this?

About a week and a half- I will post pics shortly of the incorrect install- the problem was that the left front shock was not fully seated. Once re-installed fully seated the front camber was corrected, as expected.

I still have a rear camber issue of 0.5 degrees, which is due to an unrelated issue, I believe a bent control arm.
