Hi,
I just bought a 2005 Cooper S recently and totally love it. The other day a friend of mine asked me if the rear sunroof pops up which I had no idea so I did some research. I found pictures on the web that showed Mini's with the rear sunroof popped up. So now the question is what's wrong with mine and why isn't it working? Does anyone know if this was an option or do are they all suppose to pop up? If it does has anyone had this problem before and can shed some light as to how I can fix it on my own. Thanks

 

I sold the MINI at Princeton through the 2005 model year. The rear part of the sunroof did not move in 2005 model year. I believe the change came with the "redesign" for the 2007 model.
