This is just a heads up that the next scheduled meeting for the Raleigh area will take place Thurs. Oct. 21st. Haven't got any more details at the moment but I thought I'd mention it so you can plan to attend.

This month's meeting will be just after the Eurofest in Greer.
We will be able to talk about the upcoming events:
Leaf drive in Boone
Halloween contest/drive in Triangle area
Concours in Hilton Head

We should also make an effort to plan a future event in our area

You know, it just struck me. The state fair is next week and traffic on the beltline usually sucks! Maybe consider somwhere away from the fair and traffic. This way people like me won't be stuck in fair traffic all night long!! YUCK!!

The way I come up, I'll miss that traffic, but I'm fine where ever you decide to meet at.

 

A reminder, the meeting's this coming Thursday. Unless there's a last minute change, I guess it's still scheduled for the Ruby Tuesday's at Crossroads at 6:30.

 

Due to the rest of the staff involved with the Eccentrik Festival that I'm volunteering for, I won't be able to make the dinner on Thursday. They scheduled a meeting the same day as our dinner. I was the minority in that decision! Maybe next month!

I just found out Apex Cruise night is again on our Thursday night this week.

I hate changing things around at the last minute, but it seems people had a good time there last time.

Since, only LeeL and Moorlockx have replied so far... any thoughts?

For those who didn't make it to the Apex night a couple months ago, a little fill in information..... We'll meet around 6. Parking will be on Salem St by the Chatham St. intersection (you'll know you're in the right place when you see the neat cars :smile: ). There's several restaurants right where we'll be at. We can choose from one of them for dinner after everyone gets there.
