There's also a sign shop just up the road from Century that did my stripes with pinstripes for $80.00

I've seen some nice pics of stripes done by sign shops on the OL. I was also thinking that if I go to a sign shop I can get something a little funkier than just the plain black stripes that I would probably get on Cooperflags.
Thanks!
This link will let you see my stripes, with the pinstripes added:

Click on the picture once you get there to see an enlarged version, and the pinstripes show up really well. I had mine done at a sign shop..

Those look really good... Are the pinstripes part of the vinyl? Or are they cut-away to let the paint show through?
I was thinking black stripes with yellow pinstripes just like that would look pretty cool.
Do you have the boot stripes too?

I have white vinyl stripes with black pinstripes applied on top of them. They cost $85.00 installed.
I know of an owner (Burgy) who has white stripes with a set of white pinstripes offset to allow the green to show through, and they look almost identical to mine.. He also has side stripes just above the plastic trim, too.
No, I don't have boot stripes..

Rule
When I ordered my car black with black roof, I wasn't able to get the stripes from the factory as part of my sports & premium package because the factory only adds white stripes if the roof is white, and won't offer black stripes on a black car (which makes sense).
So, my dealership (FLOW MINI) added the stripes after the car arrived. They offered me either black or white, and of course I selected white.
Later that day, John my MA called back and informed me that white stripes were available straight white, or with a gray (looks silver) border. He said the stripes with borders were new, and not on the websites yet. I instructed him go with the stripes with border, sight unseen. I'm so glad I did! It makes the stripe look so much substantial and finished. MINI has now designated these stripes with "rule", such as white with black "rule."
Another thing, dealerships seem to install them differently. My stripes meet right up to the chrome grill surround at the front, and wrap under the bonnet opening seam at the back. When visiting Hendrick MINI last Saturday, I noticed the stripes stopped short of the chrome grill surround about a quarter of an inch (in fact, the two dimensions weren't even left to right). When I casually mentioned this to the rep, he said the stripes come in too short to fully reach.
All of these things would be considerations for me if I were looking to have stripes installed anywhere.
