Hi everyone. I regret to say that MINI still has my Clubman in the service department fixing my hood scoop, installing hood insulation, and fixing a rattle in the dash. I was told it would be fixed in a day which has now turned into a week. If by some miracle I get my car before Saturday I will make sure to be there. Sorry :(

 

Just a few quick notes about the show on Saturday:

1. Meet at the Harley Davidson dealer between 6 and 630am, we will leave at 630 to drive into the show as a group.

2. The club will be providing some breakfast items for everyone, you can pack a lunch if you like or just purchase from the vendors.

3. Not sure what the weather is going to do at this point, but we will have at least 1 pop up tent for shade if we need it (bring sunscreen), if it does rain they are supposed to move us inside.

Hi everyone. I thought that I had posted this but didn't go through. Unfortunately, my car service that was supposed to take a day ( turned in on Monday ) is taking a week and they still can't figure out a loud rattle that is coming from my dash. Can't show the wonderful BRIGHT BLUE Kia Rio that they put me in so it doesn't look like I will be able to make it. I hope everyone enjoys the event because its a blast. See everyone at the DRAGON where I'll have a vendor space for COCO MATS. THANKS!

 

Great show good turn out and my feet hurt. Hope you all made it home before the bottom fell out. Especially those heading towards Shelby?

 

Well....we made it, but NOT before the sky fell. Serious downpour and some hail but fortunately not big enough to cause any damage.

Had a great time yesterday at the Food Lion Auto Fair. I think we were all lucky that the bad weather held off until after the event. Congrats to all of the winners especially Mark (and Laurel) for taking Best of Show for his Chili Red Enzo and Laurel ( ) for her Astro Black Bruiser. It was great seeing everyone again.

 

It was great to spend time with all of you at the Auto Fair. I had a great time, what a great group of people. I look forward to more events. I am going to make a point to take more time off from teaching and participate in some more events. Thanks again.
