The International Auto Show is coming up November 18-21 and we've been asked to help out again.

Stephen Lane is heading it up this year and will provide us with shift details, any goodies, etc.. They're looking for 2 people per shift which usually run about 4 hours. Free entrance/volunteer badges will be provided at the Auto Show's Office at the Convention Center.

New Info:
Hendrick will be providing shirts so when you sign up, please include what size shirt you will need. They will be normal Mini shirts, not European sizes. Please wear black pants, if you have them.

Steve is checking whether we will need to pick up a business card at the dealership to take up with us for entrance passes, or if they will be able to leave them at the show office. He will let us know.

There may even be a Countryman at the show! We will know by the end of the week.

The shirts will be ready to pick up Wednesday morning. I will also have name cards for everyone to put in the id holder.

Yes, you will need to pick up the shirts and the name cards (entry badges) from Stephen Lane, at Hendrick, prior to your shift.
