I am just curious to see how many people are on here and active that are coming to Winona this summer.

I'm planning on going and taking the classic.

I'm planning on driving my mini pick-up up to the event, arriving Tuesday night. This will be my first Mini event other than local Kansas City club outings.

I'm beginning to wonder why there are only 9 posts in this thread. Is there a forum other than NAM where I might find a pulse? What sort of turn-out is expected? I thought I had read somewhere just this past winter that this could be the largest classic mini gathering in the U.S.... was I high on eggnog?

Class Mini 50, next week in Townsend, TN has nearly 100 pre-registered. We are undecided on MMEMW. Made hotel reservations months ago, but have not registered yet.

Having been to Mini Meet East in Maine last year and seing about 200 classics, I'm sure that the East/West Meet should be even larger. We are going to MINIsota, but in a new MINI. I also know of atleast 6 other cars from the North East.

I think we will make the trip from Appleton, WI, but in our new(used) S. Just a thought, has anyone thought about seeing if there is a dyno around and trying to get enough people commited to a tune to see if we could get one of the tuners there? I would definitely be interested, and I don't know of any other time they might get this way. Either way, should be there.

the last mmwe was in rockford il. 2004. we had 274 mini/MINI's there. Should be a good turn out. Classic mini owner usually post on mini mania. not so much here. as time grows closer there will be more post on both here and mini mania. I would expect at last 250 cars. i'll be there and i know from chicagoland there shoud be at least a dozen.

We just moved to Chicago and are for sure going to make it.

I'll be there with my Laser Blue Clubman. Looking forward to the fun.

Which vendors have signed up so far? I haven't seen anything mentioned.

We will be there in our 09 Clubman, towing our 67 Austin Cooper S. Snuza30 make sure we meet up -- Appleton is my home town from many years ago when there was only one public High School in town!

Sadly, I won't be going this year, as I don't want to drive it alone and no one in my family wants to go with me. Hopefully, next year.

A friend and I are going, but stopping first at Brainerd, MN as he is racing his Vintage Mini at the Can-Am race. Hopefully some of the best Vintage Mini drivers in the land will be there. Bringing my MK3 Cooper S Hydro car.
