Well it turns out I may be able to make it down to the Dragon this year, but.....I wont be able to drive my car, as I am having knee surgery the week before. So what I am looking for is this: Would anyone that is passing through be interested in driving my car down with me, say if you have two people already in your car? This would require you driving me back as well & probably taking my car out on the Dragon to uhm yeah let me sees it. Not a huge deal, but if I cant find anyone, I will just bring down an Audi...not as much fun as the MINI but.....hey.....it would totally rock to be down and see everyone!

Just let me know! This is of course all tentative on how well I am doing after the surgery and a background check on your driving history...j/k

 

Not sure where harrisburg, PA is in relation to the Helix shop but Helix is doing a MINICup leaving from their shop in PA on the Thursday morning of the events. Maybe you could find one of them to help you out but do you already have accommodations?

Yeah I have a bed if I need it....that is of course if I can make it....I will know after next Friday depending on how I feel. I would really like my MINI down there..as I am sure some others would as well....Not that I would be able to drive it....

 

I'm not sure where Harrisburg is in relation to Philly, but I"m coming from NYC and had everything planned out for MOTD including accomidations in Robbinsville untill sunday and just two days ago, my friend had to cancle on me becuase of a family emergency that she has to take care of so I too have been looking for someone to go with. What i had been planning on doing was going to Philly on wed night for the Mini Cup 3 drivers meeting which would then leave from their shop in philly ealry thurs morning. I also have an extra "passenger" reg etc... For the trip back, I have off from work untill thurs so I wasn't going to rush back and take two days but all of that can be worked out if you're interesed. I don't know if you saw the post that I made, but yours was refered to me by someone else on NAM.
