OK so these are just the ones from Autotrader because it was dark when i got it...but...oh mAn what fun. It definitely isn't the fastest in a straight line but what a fun noise and the handling...yeeesh!
Yup I was definitely a fan of the aero kit! I'm off to have a wee drive in it. I shall report back later on. It sadly has to go to the shop cos it has some funny knocking noise from inside the passanger door. Supposedly something that Mini know about and can be fixed, thats its only blemish!
Thanks all! Sooooo question number 1?! I was a little alarmed at how happy the tires are to squeel like crazy. I'm used to driving fast cars, so lets say I did some "athletic" cornering this evening. Although the car was staying true it was definitely letting me know I was working it. Maybe the tires the previous owner put on are not so great. Do Eagle 1's etc.. make a big difference?

Depends what you have onthere now, but there is a reason many say dump the RFs, I say it mos tof the time (Clo has some RFs that stick pretty decently) Switching to Goodyear Egale HPs made a huge differance in limits of the car. Also MINIs are Fly by wire throttle systems so it takes some getting used to smoothing out your inputs will make a huge differance as well. If you've got some tread left I'd get a track day in now, learn the car more and get yourself smooth then switch to some prime rubber (and have some real fun if you go back to the track later on).
