im just curious

has anyone tried any highflow catalytic converters? which ones have fit for the minis?

Any generic high flow cat should fit. Magnaflow makes one that is cheap...like $50. I'm not gonna run one. Just an OBX header/straight pipe/OBX muffler. Do that and just keep your old exhaust!....lol You can get away with a $300 FULL exhaust!

You can get a Magnaflow that will fit - however, many here have melted the ceramic core and it fused into a nasty blockage.

Several people I know are running the Random Technology metallic race cats (metallic core, not ceramic!) on the track on their MINIs with no issues...
