Anyone useing Kmac camber adjusters ?

HI, has anyone used the Kmac front camber/caster plates ?
How did you find them ? any pros or cons ?

Also has anyone used the Kmac rear adjustable camber bush kit for the standard control arms ?

Thanks

I've used their products in other applications. Make VERY sure the components you buy are made specifically for your car. K-Mac has a habit of platforming engineering; one part to fit many applications. I lost $600.00 and gained dented strut towers because I did not pay attention to an exceptionally long ball joint design mated to an upper control arm. In the end this was my fault.

Nobody would make good on this, not even True Choice, the supplier. Despite the mis-application, this part is still in their catalogue. Be carefull!

The positive, this camber caster integrated ball joint design offered lots of range, but was typically difficult to set up - lots of time on and off the racks.

I'm using the KMAC rear camber kit... easy to install and they work great... Plenty of range on them, too.

My car's a daily driver and sees regular autocrossing and track events...

Thanks for the info guys ,

HI Scobib, are you useing the rear bush kits for camber adjustment on the lower arms only ?
or do you have them on the upper arms for toe adjustment as well ?
Is it easy to adjust them ?

Cheers

I've had the camber plates on my MCS for about 2.5 years, with no issues at all. Very easy to adjust on an alignment rack, but you can't change the settings at the track without alignment tools.

Daily driver with 90 mile round trip commute, and lots of autocrossing. I run my autocross alignment on the street, so I basically got the car set up once and don't mess with it except for periodically doublechecking that nothing has moved. Again, haven't had any issues with Kmac.

I have all 4 installed in the lower arm... They're simple to adjust. Allowed me to go from -2.0 to -1.0 and get close to zero toe... They effectively change the length of the lower arm, so you do affect toe as well...

I run k-mac cambers and my front camber is currently off at 1.5" and my shop said they can't figure out how to move the camber to align it correctly. Any ideas/help? Thanks

To adjust toe? If they say they need to remove it to adjust toe find a new shop. Changing toe is just changing the length of the tie-rods.
