What's Your CUP Size?..... A Show and Tell!

So what is your cup size? Do you have a special cup for motoring? A cup that matches your MINI, or your theme, or whatever you're into? Here's mine...

It's from the 1999 Taco Bell/KFC/Pizza the Hutt, Star Wars Special Edition Promotion. Artoo's dome and legs are one piece and are the lid. The hole for the 15" straw is on the back of the dome. It holds 32 ounces.

The 52 oz Bubba Keg. It is huge and chrome, just like my MINI. See pic below (mine doesn't say snap-on though)

The only problem is, it doesnt fit in the cupholder. Or anywhere really.

32 oz.? No, no, no. This is the Bubba Keg. Its 52 oz. I used to be a slurpee junky, and 7/11 sold them for coffee of all things, but they let me use it as a refillable slurpee mug. And yes, my bladder is huge.

I don't use cups. I only use bottles. That way I can say:
"I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotamy!"

No pics, but I've got an ipod in the under tube cupholder, a bottle(!) of water in the rear cupholder, and I took off the amazingly unergonomic '04 BIG cupholder as soon as I got home. Nothing that can't be sealed is drunk in the car.

Cups? Got no use for them. I hang an IV bag full of coffee, plug in and GO!

I drove 1250 miles on my first MINI trip in less than 2 days and never had a drink in the car, how far do people go that they need to have a drink before getting there?
There's nothing that **** me off more than people who drive while talking on the phone or sipping on their coffee while in the left lane going bellow the speed limit.
Then you have those pigs who go through drive-tru, eat and drink while driving then roll down the window and dump all their garbage on the street.
The first thing I removed on my MINI was that stupid cup holder.

The only thing I usually drink in the car is water from a water bottle, well any of those bottled waters screw on top jobbies. Iono, I can open my bottle of water, take a sip and reclose all with one hand and never taking my eyes off the road. Guess others aren't as skilled though.

Love the R2 cup red, goes great with your theme.

I feel the anger in you. Anger leads to the dark side!

My Artoo cup is in reality, for show. It fits with the overall theme. It's never had a liquid in it. I do however drink coffee from Dunken Donuts (no donuts) in the AM on the way to work. When I do that Artoo is in the back seat.

So what if they talk to their coffee while sipping the phone, doing 70 in the slow lane?

I use the big ugly cup holder as a bracket for my cell phone. My belt-clip fastens readily to the cup holder ring and the charger cord is perfectly located.

For water, I just buy cases of the "half pint" water bottles. They fit perfectly in the cup holder ahead of the shifter and under/behind the armrest.
