Drivetrain 15psi boost guage with 16% pulley?
Hi there....
16% sounds familiar
This could possibly start another "how many PSI" do you get thread.
You will most likely see somewhere between 14.5-15psi no more, that's
meassured with a professional boost gauge that can be zeroed out to
compensate for altitude and temp. We also used a datalogger and did see
the same boost numbers.
If you use a gauge that will indicate 0-/+ 18 PSI, you should be fine.

Using a 15% pulley, I've seen over 15 psi using a "a professional boost gauge that can be zeroed out to compensate for altitude and temp and a datalogger and did see the same boost numbers."
Get a gauge that goes over 15 psi.
Get a gauge that goes over 15 psi.

Get a gauge that reads vacuum/boost -30 to +30 so you are reading mid scale, it will provide a more accurate reading. Go over to beneath the bonnet forum and check out the threads on vacuum gauges.

i have a 02 r53 i make 15 psi boost no upgraded pulley is that stock psi what will a 15%make in boost or a 17% or even a 19% make in under boost will u make more boost with a 15% at low rpms ?? bc im so lost with a supercharger
yes, you'll make more boost at low rpm's because the supercharger is spinning faster with a smaller pulley. boost measurement is also going to depend on the engine load at any rpm.
hope this helps.
Doesn't sound like it's stock to me, 15psi of boost tells me it's already got a reduction pulley on the supercharger. Stock should be around 10psi give or take. Look on the left side of the motor for the serpentine belt, look at the color of the pulleys you see and report back.
