R53 Engine Mount Massive Failure

Hi Guys!

I just wanted to share this photo, and see if anyone else has had this issue with a stock Lower Motor Mount!

Cheers! (Getting a new mount w/ Poly Bush pressed in!)

Wow! That's not happened to me*, but I have seen similar failures posted online before.

What's the condition of your other mounts?
