F55/F56 Need help with reprogramming/replacing modules in 2016 JCW.

Need help with reprogramming/replacing modules in 2016 JCW.
Recently I got 2016 JCW hardtop with manual trans. Car has a flood damage. At this moment I can definitely say that SRS and FEM module require replacing. Previously I had experience with reprogramming and replacing modules on R56. But this F platform is totally new. I see following options
1. Got a used SRS and FEM and reprogram it. As I understand, FEM connects to keys, so I will need new keys.
2. Got a set with ECU, FEM, Keys and put it into the car. Here, I see a problem because it is JCW. So, I will have to get a set from JCW or reprogram ECU to have the same settings.
Questions:
1. What will be with mileage when I replace FEM or ECU? Is there a way to keep my original mileage?
2. Do I have any problem with the radio, dashboard, or anything like that when I put modules from another car?
3. If the set will be from the car with auto trans(I have a manual), is there a way to reprogram it to not have errors?
