Exclamation Help Finding a Replacement Internal valve for HOC

I am in need of an internal valve for a hang-on clutch for 2019 Countryman S ALL4 F60/YT53 (9/2018). I had my car in the garage today and it was found that the internal valve was melted and only a small bit of plastic and the spring was left. I am not able to find a part number or any place to purchase it.

Does anyone know where one can be purchased? Or anyway to make something that would work?
I am looking for the part #3.

Is that main part with the bottom and top valve.

Looks like you can only get that top valve. # 2

Thanks for the info. Looks like I may need to replace the whole hang-on clutch. Wonder why they would make something out of plastic and then not have it as a replacement part. Ugh!

Interesting problem. I hope you find a nice solution. May I ask if you had unequal circumference tires on the car that caused the unit to run hot?

I purchased the vehicle this way. So, I am not sure of the history that caused the problem. After extensive research, I have decided to by a very low mileage (18K) rear carrier assembly for $385 and I am planning to replace the hang-on clutch only and then reprogram the new controller using E-SYS. This is by far the cheapest option I could find. The dealer wanted $2K+ for just the hang-on clutch and $3K+ for the complete rear carrier assembly. Wish I could have just bought what was needed.

When you take the old one out, post up the part and if it has a part number, i can dig and find the manufacturer and ask them

If you look at the first picture in this message, #4 is what I needed. Apparently is not a replaceable part.
That part is literally melted out.

You guys sell the hang-on clutches for BMW and Mini. You should be able to get ahold of the manufacturer and get the part number for the ones they use, I would think.

Its mostly ZF but they will not let us know the part numbers and they have contracts and cannot sell that into aftermarket at this time. Just Genuine dealers. So very little info.

I don't have one on hand to inspect it. You have to pull these things apart and then search to find if peirburg or someone else makes that part. So its not all one manufacture.

Let me know if you find anything on that part. Sometimes parts are shared with other makes and i can dig to find them with some info.

@ECSTuning

I have taken some pictures of the internal valve that I have been speaking of and it has some numbers. Hope this helps to be able to locate the part/manufacture and be offered as a repair part.

ble to find anything else on the internal valve. The numbers are PA6.6-GF30 and 001-2/4.
