2012 Countyman S automatic oil cooler replacement

So it seems that my oil cooler on my transmission is at the beginning stage of leaking.. how easy is it to get to and replace. My mechanic wants to charge me $1450 to replace it.. I realize the part itself with a new gasket is about $450.. I believe its right on the top of the transmission... anyone have any better insight?

Its probably an o-ring. I changed mine after it started leaking on my N14 with Aisin automatic right under the cooler. Very very easy job.

Step 1, look for the exact location of the leak. If you cannot tell, add some UV dye to the coolant, drive around , then use a blue light and look for it. EASY!!! Cheap kits on Amazon

Also their are two hoses that run down and connect at the top, they have little hose clips that hold them on, check there also.
