OEM Rally Lights on 2013 Originally Equipped with Halogen Headlights now LED not work

EDIT: *************Disregard my question. Did not have the lights plugged in all the way 🤦‍♂️***************************

Hey guys, Have a 2013 MCS.
I bought an OEM Mini LED "Additional Headlights Retrofit" kit
Got it all wired up. Switch illuminates as it should. Green light turns on when pressed.
However I am getting nothing out of the rally lights.
My car was originally equipped with Halogen headlights. I have since installed the OEM Bi-Xenon retrofit kit, which required re-coding.
I originally wired the A1 wire to the Yellow/Blue wire on pin 4 of x14260 FRM connector; being my car was originally wired to handle halogens. That did not work.
So I changed the A1 wire to pin 41 of the same connector per the instructions for a Xenon equipped car. Still nothing.
I am guessing I am an odd case wiring these to a bi-xenon upgraded car and coding may have changed the rally light wiring requirements?

@SevillianSTS ,

Your footwell module may need to be reprogrammed to accommodate LED's since LED's have a different resistance values than halogens
