CG-Lock (add-on for seatbelt)

Does anybody know about this new add-on performance product for seat belts? And is it available for an MCS? Thanks, JAS

I don't think it is "new." I bought mine at the Dragon last year for my MC and my husband has one in his MCS.

Here is a link to their web site

http://www.cg-lock.com/

I love mine when we are out driving and it disables easily for when I am just driving around town and don't need it.

I've had one for about 8 months on my wrx. I've gotten to the point that I even use it daily driving. I like being able to pull the seatbelt tight, like in the older cards with the lap belts. I will no doubt move it to the MCS when it gets here.

Thanks for the info. I saw an ad in Roundel but hadn't heard much about the device. Might purchase before the Dragon.

I would definately. If not for you the passenger could use it. When it was my turn in the passenger seat with no steering wheel to hold on to it was tough.

Freakin' Sweet!

The CG-Lock is outstanding! Hindsight is 20/20- when I got my Oricari seatbacks, I wanted to keep my heated-leather function but didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to have harnesses after they were installed. The CG-Lock gives you a quasi-harness feeling on your lower body, ie. no scooting around the seat when racing around corners, you feel tied to the seat, etc. The best $39.95 spent on the Frackmobile!
