R55 NCS EXPERT: VIN is faulty
NCS EXPERT: VIN is faulty
My Clubman S has passenger seat occupancy sensor light. The link <https://www.northamericanmotoring.com/forums/stock-problems-issues/211367-passenger-seat-occupancy-sensor-srs-light-no-more.html> provides valuable information for the issue.
I downloaded BimmerGeeks Standard Tools
I use a 4-position slide switch K+DCAN interface USB cable. On Window Device Manager, Device status is "This device is working properly."
Run NCS Expert,
procedure 1:
click [Start]=>Enter ZCS=>Choose CHASSIS=>R56=>type VIN, an error:
VIN is faulty
COAPI-1085: FGNR fehlerhaft
How to avoid "VIN is faulty" ?
Any suggestion?
