Crush washers on the transmission fill/drain plugs?

Hi, I'm new to the R52 and noticed while replacing the transmission oil that there were no crush washers. Is that normal?

I've already changed the transmission oil (after much reading, went with RedLine D6 ATF instead of MTL), tightened to 32 ft/lbs without crush washers (a bit higher than to spec because I didn't trust it), and there's no sign of leaking. Should I plan to add crush washers? I couldn't find a part diagram to determine if washers are typical on this transmission.

Cheers!
Sean

I dont recall a crush washer when I did my gearbox fluid. Could be because BMW considered it a lifetime fluid so didnt plan on it getting changed? I'm using Royal Purple Synchromax in my Justa, which seems to be fine, its a lot cheaper than the BMW fluid. Engine Oil plug does use a crush washer.

You can find parts diagrams here: https://mini.7zap.com/en/mini/r53/cooper+s/

Crush washers are only used on banjo bolts afaik (turbo oil line, turbo coolant line, brake lines, etc)
