It was in terrible shape but I was able to restore it to it’s former glory!

Seems like some kind of witchcraft has gone on here....how did you do that - how did you find it, how did you fix it?

 

I regularly kept checking on eBay for one to show up. A couple of weeks ago one was listed at last.

To restore it I picked off the few remnants of the old inlay, painted the color areas with Testors enamel paint, cleaned off any excess and the covered the whole thing with ArtResin (it’s uv resistant and won’t yellow or decay in the sun)

and just a couple of witchcraft spells :-)
