I have read a few posts that state wiper gremlins can come from a failing starter switch. My issue is when I activate the wipers they make 10 passes then stop in the middle of the windscreen. The 10 passes happen regardless of how I turn them on. I have to turn the car off, remove the key then turn it back on to get them to move again so I can park them.
