R50/53 Post fender bender help needed

Post fender bender help needed
I have a few random questions after replacing the condenser and the radiator post fender bender.
1) How do you get the radiator support out? I have the car in service mode at the moment.
2) I have a gap between the top of the bumper cover and the hood on the driver's side (This thing was obviously in a fender bender prior to my time and the bumper is all rigged together (once by the previous owner and once by me). Everything seems to line up until I get the front bumper on and then there is a gap. Are there any adjustments possible? Nothing seems bent, and it appears to be strictly cosmetic.
