where is the knee bolster you took out? what did you do with it? mine's been moving around my house, looking for a place to stay. i am tempted to get rid of it, but i just can't.

my excuses: i don't think anyone will buy it, and if i replace my mini with a mini, i can take my parcel shelf with me, i guess...

 

I am wondering the same thing. Maybe somebody in Europe wants a bolster to be different? Mine is sitting in my garage.

 

My knee bolster is siting in the garage also, collecting dust.

 

Mine is leaning against a cabinet in my studio. I, too, cannot bear to part with it for some silly reason!

Take some nice pictures of your MINI, mount them to the knee bolster, and hang it on your wall as art!

 

Mine is laying in a corner in my bedroom, next to the glove box.
(I have both driver and passenger side parcel shelves.)

 

:smile: That's cool, Juan! My '72 Fiat 128 Wagon had a shelf all the way across. It was pretty nifty, but in my MINI, I like being able to close my FRS radios and sundry other items behind that little glovebox door. And the a/c keeps my power bars from melting!

I've got three of them, somewhere in the garage, from my, my wife's, and my motner-in-law's MINI.

 

I put mine in the plastic that the parcel shelf came in, put it in the box the parcel shelf was shipped in and placed it on a shelf in my garage. If I ever sell the car, the bolster will go back in.
