R57 Rally lights hazed over on the inside

Rally lights hazed over on the inside

On my 2010 R57, the rally lights are noticeably hazed over only the dullness is on the inside of the glass. Is this a common problem and are the lights easily taken apart and the problem sorted out. Thank you in advance.

You can get replacement lenses, but I’m not sure the process for removal.
