i've noticed a lot of minis in AZ have a different color door panel than mine, I have a light grey color. I just wondering what color everyone else has.

Magnesium Grey door panels were available on Cooper S models built through 08/2003.

did you order red door panels ? Or does it come that way with the red inserts? ( in the seats ) What color is your car? I ordered the red/black seat combo and would rather have black door panels

 

detlman--The red door panels come with the the red race insert interior. My car is PW/PW.

 

I have a black S on order and I ordered the 1/2 cloth 1/2 leather seats in red/black. In the mini configurator it doesnt show red door panels, maybe they dont have red door panels for the 05's ? I really hope my door panels are black.

Anyone with the half leather half cloth in red/black that can confirm what color my door panels will be ? I also ordered the anthracite dash and inserts.

Please say they will be black, it will hurt the look I am going for if the panels are red.

03rzaMINI, the red looks good in your car, I didnt even see an option for red cloth ? Is that discontinued ?

 

My 2005 with tartan red cloth / black leather seats has the dark gray door panels. I did order the Anthracite trim and Anthracite headliner, but I do not think any cars come with red door panels anymore. I've seen red 2005 cars with red interior trim and they do not have red door panels. My car is PH/W.

 

Do you have any pictures of the interior? That is the same I ordered for mine. I would really like to see a few good pictures of the front and rear seats.

What is your overall opinion of the cloth leather combo? How is the quality and how comfortable is it?

I wish they would have just done a center stripe on the back seat like on hte fronts, to me the back seat is too red. Same thing with the silver insert seats to much silver on the back seats.
