What is going on with my battery?

Hello. I own a 2013 Mini Cooper S Bayswater Edition, and when I get in, it reads (Increased Battery Discharge). I have owned it since the summer of 2017, and it has been fine, but now it is warning me about "increased battery discharge". I have checked, and nothing is preventing the car from sleeping (i.e. car is locked, doors are closed, and keyfob is more than 15 feet away from the vehicle). Please help!

I want to discribe to the one.

I do know the vehicle really nevers sleep since it tracks time to warn you of maintanance due dates and such, but shouldn't be enough to do this. I don't get to drive mine as much as I like, so I have to keep a charger on it when I don't use it. Seems to drain more than anything I own before. If a daily driver, never an issue, but if it sits for a very long time will drain it dry.

Go to an auto parts store that has a battery tester and have it checked out as a first step.

I think I would take it to the dealer and see if the battery was programmed the ECM
